Say hello to Princess Violet. Our first ever coffee from producer, Wilton Benitez. It’s been well worth the wait. 

This coffee has everything. Lovely sweet notes of guava, a crisp note of violet all brought together with a “hoppiness” that makes this coffee a well balanced boomer.

  • Best brewed on filter, and whilst a subjective topic, we find it best to go with a water temperature of 92deg and grind setting of 9.5 (on Fellows Opus Burr Grinder). Let us know how you brew!
