All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and to limit quantities sold.

4.3 Ordering

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This email confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order; it only confirms that we have received it.

4.4 Order Acceptance

Your order will be accepted when we send you an email confirming shipment of your products. At this point, a contract is formed between you and Kis Coffee Roasters.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes. Shipping costs are calculated separately and will be displayed during checkout.

8. Product Quality and Freshness

8.1 Freshness Guarantee

We roast our coffee beans in small batches to ensure freshness. Each package displays a "roasted on" date. For optimal flavor, we recommend consuming the coffee within 10 weeks of the roast date.

8.2 Storage Recommendations

Once you receive your coffee, we recommend storing it in an airtight container away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture.

9. Account Registration

You may need to create an account to place orders or access certain features of our Site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
